Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours out to avoid a cancellation fee of $25 to the customer.
Customers are responsible for identifying obstacles (exposed roots, sprinkler heads, etc.) that may result in damage to their property during service or to lawn care equipment. Property should be free of pet waste prior to lawn service. All payments are expected at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
